GM SAS Front Bump Stops

The GM SAS Bump Stop Kit is built for precision, durability, and proper suspension control in solid axle–swapped GM trucks. Designed for 2000–2010 GM 2500/3500 applications, each bracket is laser cut from .250″ A36 P&O steel and features a .188″ four-prong insert to securely locate the bump stop under heavy compression. Every component is CNC broke and TIG welded for a precise fit and a clean, professional finish. The kit uses a readily available 2005+ Ford Super Duty front bump stop for easy replacement and service. Each set includes two brackets and two bump stops, providing a complete, ready-to-install solution for your SAS build. This kit is a weld on design.
