Our 2005–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Radius Arm Kit is engineered for strength, precision, and adjustability. Designed to perform across a 2″–4.5″ lift range, this system provides the perfect balance of durability and control. The upper and lower links are constructed from 2″ x .250″ DOM tubing for unmatched rigidity and long-term reliability. Fully adjustable for length, the design allows you to move the axle forward for tire clearance and fine-tune caster for optimal alignment.

The kit utilizes Ballistic lower joints for a true bolt-on installation in the factory radius arm mounts, paired with premium FK heim joints for maximum articulation and strength. Each set features sleek, laser-cut two-piece clevis brackets that are fixture-welded for consistent geometry and premium build quality.
