Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To maintain our standards of excellence, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- Must include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
- Bare steel products must not be ground, welded, modified, or installed in any way.
Items showing signs of use, alteration, or installation cannot be accepted.

Inspection & Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
