GM SAS Track Bar

Engineered for strength, precision, and performance, our GM Track Bar is built entirely from 1.5″ x .250″ 4130 Chromoly tubing and TIG welded for unmatched structural integrity and a refined finish. The double-bent design ensures optimal clearance around the oil pan and drag link, maintaining proper suspension geometry even under demanding conditions. Each bar includes a premium FK 7/8″ Heim joint and custom stainless spacers machined to match OE width for a direct, high-quality fit. With adjustable length for precise axle centering at ride height, this track bar delivers the perfect balance of durability, alignment accuracy, and high-end craftsmanship—purpose-built for your SAS GM truck. Designed for 3″ of lift using the 2005 & up Dana 60 axle with stock ball joint at axle.
